Can I get a refund if Pro is not for me?
Yes. Email support within 14 days of any charge and we refund it in full, with no form to fill in. Yearly plans are refunded for the unused months after that.
Is there a student discount?
Students and anyone who graduated in the last 12 months get Pro for $6 a month. Sign up with your school email and the price applies at checkout.
What counts as a letter?
One new draft for one job post. Edits, rewrites and exports of that draft never count as a new letter, so the free plan’s three letters cover three applications a month.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, from Settings. Upgrades start right away with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period, and every letter stays in your account.
Can my school pay by invoice?
Yes. Career centers on the Coach plan can pay by invoice or purchase order on net 30 terms. Send your seat count through the contact form and we reply with a quote within one business day.
